mini wow update: ok Nick and i finally given up on burning steppes and have moved to a new server. Have just started up a new mage. I hope i enjoy it.

i have managed to finally find a widget which will make it easier to clog from my mobile. Thank you god. WP phone got to love it. Shame i can not blog using the lifeblog function built in to the phone.

i have been looking at the some of the desktop blogging tools out in the big wide world and found four i just had to try Zoundry, Blogjet, ecto and w.bloggar.

the only requirments i had was:

• it must be easy to use
• it must run on windows
• it must work well with wordpress

The two that really stood out are Blogjet and w.bloggar and i am leaning towards the free option because to be perfectly honest being skint and unemployed leads me to believe that it is pointless to pay for something when there is a free option. Though i may have to go back to try Blogjet again once i have a new job because it is a very easy to use piece of software.

On a side note, i never got ecto working so i didnt really get to try it but the walk through setup was the most technical of the four.

well after spending 3 days fiddling with Wordpress, on a W.A.M.P. stack on my laptop, i finally desided to live a little and create a website and blog for my own personal use.

I am actally quite happy about it.

This whole thing began because of my boyfriend who is honestly a internet freak. He lives for it. I blame it all on him… but playing around with Wordpress was so entertaining i have desided to keep it up and find out more about the world i live in online and take advantage of on a regular basis.

It is more than likely that this blog will end up focusing on computer games but we shall see what happens.
